Shipping Policy and Rates

For domestic US orders, Sweet & Quirky offers USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail shipping. 

USPS Ground Advantage shipping is a flat rate of $6.

USPS Priority Mail shipping is $10 in California and $13 for other states. In some cases, the priority rate may be a bit higher. 

Sweet & Quirky is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase.

Shipping Time
I try to ship out within 3-5 business days. Typical transit time is 5-7 days with USPS Ground Advantage, and 2-3 days with USPS Priority. However, I can not guarantee these timeframes.

Insurance
Priority Mail and Ground Advantage service comes with free insurance directly from USPS, up to $100.

Outside the U.S.?
I don’t offer direct international shipping yet, but you can use a package forwarding service that gives you a U.S. shipping address. I’ll ship your order to that U.S. address like normal, and the forwarding service handles the international part from there.

Just a tiny-but-important note: once the package is delivered to the forwarding address, any forwarding fees, customs, duties, VAT, delays, or delivery issues are handled between you and the forwarding service.

Some customers use package forwarding services such as Stackry, Shipito, MyUS, or forward2me, but please choose the service that works best for your country and budget.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Sometimes USPS tracking can be a little slow to catch up, especially if your package is moving through a busy shipping hub. For domestic orders, USPS asks that we wait 45 days before filing a claim. 

My package says “Delivered” but it’s not here — help!
Oh no! If your tracking shows it was delivered but it’s nowhere to be found, we recommend checking with neighbors, your front desk, or mailbox area — sometimes packages take little detours. Often, it shows up within a few days. While we can’t be responsible for packages once they’re marked delivered, your local post office can provide more details. 

Think your package might be lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived and it’s been a while, USPS recommends starting with their Help Request Form. If there’s still no update after 7 business days, you can submit a Missing Mail Search through the same link. Prefer to do things in person?
