Mini Lumpia Food Earrings

These Mini Lumpia Earrings are inspired by one of my all-time favorite comfort foods. I grew up making lumpia with my mom, carefully rolling each piece, frying them until golden brown, and sneaking one (or two... or three...) off the plate when no one was looking (sorry, Mom!).

Lumpia is kind of like the Filipino version of egg rolls, and just like the real thing, no two earrings are shaped exactly alike. I handcrafted each piece from polymer clay to mimic that deliciously golden fried look that's crispy on the outside.
